Fu Lei thermal transfer film: simple and efficient process
Thermal transfer film has its own unique properties. To achieve the desired hot stamping effect, the best temperature, pressure and speed must be strictly controlled. It has three strict process parameters:
1, the temperature is determined: when the temperature is too low, there will be hot stamping or hot stamping, and the imprint will be smudged; if the temperature is too high, the surface of the color layer will be oxidized, the product will lose its luster, and the color will become dark and serious. It will bubble. To determine the best hot stamping temperature, consider the following factors: pressure, speed, area, room temperature, etc. The hot stamping temperature generally ranges from 140 °C to 180 °C. Once the optimum temperature is determined, it should be kept constant, and the temperature difference should be ±2 °C.
2. Determination of pressure: The hot stamping pressure is generally 4-6kg/cm2. When the pressure is too small, the hot stamping film cannot be adhered to the substrate, and the fastness is lowered; if the pressure is too large, the compression deformation of the substrate is increased, the pattern is deformed, and the printed layer is thinned. If hot stamping is complicated and uneven, it is necessary to pay attention to the uniformity of the pressure points. The pressure angle of the hot stamping wheel and the substrate is higher. Otherwise, it is easy to appear partially and partially weak.
3, the speed of the determination: should be determined according to the hot stamping area, while taking into account the heating temperature power. Generally, the speed is first, then the pressure is determined, and the temperature is finally determined.
