2. Cutting tempered glass

When measuring the width of the glass plate, measurements were made at the bottom, middle, and top, respectively, and the smaller size was selected as the width of the cut. If the data obtained from the top, middle and bottom are identical, then 3-5 mm is reduced in the measured dimensions as the cutting width of the glass. Similarly, the height of the glass plate should include the installation location for inserting the upper and lower rails, so it is generally taken to cut less than 3-5 mm of the measured data.
After the glass plate is cut by size, it is usually necessary to chamfer the four corners. If the worker is chamfering at the scene, in order to prevent the collapse of the collapse, it is better to use the fine grinding wheel to perform the fine grinding operation.
3. Fixed bottom support
The glass door bottom is made of two materials, one is a wooden bottom and the other is an aluminum square tube. The wooden bottom support of the front stainless steel finish can be fixed with wooden wedges and nails; if it is an aluminum alloy square tube, it can be fixed on the frame with aluminum angles, or the wooden wedge can be buried, and then fixed with wood screws. 4. Install tempered glass door leaf
Use a glass suction cup to first pass the glass plate to the west and place the glass in place. Insert the upper part of the glass into the limit groove of the door frame, and then place the lower part of the glass plate in the opposite seam of the bottom cover. A wooden strip is nailed on the bottom of the wooden base, and a multi-purpose glue is applied on the wooden strip about 4 mm from the surface of the glass plate, and the glass plate is fixed on the bottom support.
5. Injection seal
The glass plate is fixed in thickness, and is sealed at the fixing portion of the top limit groove and the bottom plate, and at the seam of the glass plate and the frame column. 6. Fixed door leaf up and down rails
After the height of the door is determined, the glass strips are inserted into the gaps on both sides of the crosspiece, and small wooden strips are inserted from both sides, tapping and stabilizing, and injecting glass glue into the gap formed between the small wooden strips, the door leaf glass and the crosspiece, The residue is treated as above.
7. Fixed movable door leaf
There is a positioning pin on the beam of the tempered glass door frame, and the adjusting screw of the positioning pin needs to be adjusted out of the plane of the beam by 1-2 mm. The glass door leaf is erected, and the hole position of the rotating pin connecting member in the lower rail of the door leaf is aligned with the rotating pin shaft of the floor spring, and the door leaf is rotated to fit the hole position on the rotating pin shaft. The door leaf is rotated by 90°, and forms a right angle with the door frame beam. The hole of the rotating connecting piece in the crosspiece of the door leaf is aligned with the positioning pin on the door frame beam, and the positioning pin is inserted into the hole by about 15 mm.
