The PVB interlayer should be sandwiched in an autoclave rather than a conventional furnace to ensure better quality of the laminated glass. Never use an EVA or grouted sandwich that does not meet the safety glass standard. The processing plant shall hold the test report and certificate of the European standard for laminated glass.

Coating: On-line coating technology, it is well known that the cost of in-line coating is much higher than that of off-line coating. From the later years of use, we can see the difference. The off-line coating will gradually oxidize in a year or so, so that the LED lamps of the glass interlayer are no longer illuminated. The in-line coating is processed using an oxidation process so that the oxidized film continues to conduct electricity. Therefore, the practical period is several times that of offline coating.

Application: A large-scale application can ensure a safe voltage of 24 volts, in order to be truly a new material for environmental protection and energy conservation.

Scratches: International standards can be achieved, and there are no scratches at the end of many processes.

Light change: You can use the chip to control changes, such as flashing, gradual changes and the like.

Voltage: The voltage used by LED glass is a safe voltage. According to relevant national regulations, the voltage range should not exceed 24 volts, otherwise it may not be used in architectural decoration.
