Camping and mountaineering accounts are generally made of light-weight polyester and nylon fabrics, which makes them lighter to carry and can increase the latitude and longitude density of the fabric. The high-end foreign tents use 210T to 300T (latitude and longitude density), and the density is high. It will also increase relatively, but the density of the wire is too high, so the strength will be reduced.
There are many kinds of coatings on the outer ledger. Camping, hiking tents generally use PU, PE and silver. PU is ideal. The waterproof indicator of the external account is generally 800~2500mmH2O. Too high will affect the breathability of the tent. The high-end foreign tents are rarely more than 2500. Moreover, the waterproof indicator of the tent is only a dynamic waterproof indicator, not a hydrostatic pressure indicator. 2500mmH2O is only the instantaneous water pressure when the rain falls. If you use 2500 water column, it is definitely leaking. The account that I used most of the tents will be soaked under the long rain, then the design of the double tent will reflect its advantages, and the water droplets on the inside of the outer ledger will slide down to the ground (if the foreign account is waterproof) When the weather is bad and heavy rain, the water drops on the inside of the outer ledger will drop directly onto the inner account). According to these characteristics, camping and hiking tents are advised not to choose a single layer. The water droplets of the single-layer tent will slide down inside the tent.

The disadvantage is that it is easy to mold. The advantages of polyester and nylon are easy to care. Some internal accounts are large-area mesh cloths. The advantage is that they are breathable. The disadvantage is that the light is too transparent. In the summer, only the internal accounts are used. The outside can be clearly seen inside, and it is easy to go to sleep.
Camping, climbing tent materials use PE, ordinary nylon, oxford cloth. Low-grade PE bottom, PE is not wear-resistant, easy to age and brittle. The ripstop nylon sole is used on alpine tents, which has the advantages of light weight, poor wear resistance and easy puncture. The Oxford cloth is the most mature. The Oxford cloth is marked by the thickness index D of the silk. The 210D is thicker than the 150D, and the wear resistance is relatively better, but the weight is relatively higher. The higher the waterproof index of the primer, the better, generally 2000~50000mmH2O.
The tents for camping and hiking tents are generally made of fiberglass enamel and aluminum enamel. The advantage of glass fiber reinforced is cheap, and the defects are easy to age, brittle, broken, and heavy. The advantage of aluminum crucible is that it is light and strong, and the disadvantage is expensive. The aluminum crucible is made of 7075T9 or 7001T6. The early aluminum crucibles can only be produced in Korea, the United States and Germany. The quality of Germany is the best and the cost performance of Korea is the highest. Therefore, most of the aluminum crucibles are made in Korea. In the past few years, the domestic aluminum bismuth was imported from South Korea, and it was entered in a fixed set. Later, in order to save costs from Korea, the aluminum tube was cut and assembled. It was also called Korean aluminum enamel. Recently, I heard that a former military industry enterprise that made a missile shell in China can also make aluminum tubes, but the raw materials are also from South Korea. The genuine Korean original set of aluminum enamel is printed with EASTON 7075.
Many friends think that camping and mountaineering tents should be tight regardless of the internal account and the external account. In fact, it should be that the foreign account is tightly tied by the rubber rope, and the internal account of the account is slightly loose. This design is under the strong wind. Precautions for camping and hiking tents:
1. When setting up a tent, the foreign account must be straightened to avoid contact with the inner account, and the water inside the waterproof outer account penetrates into the inner account;
2, tents should not be exposed to high temperatures, the bottom cloth should not be placed on the high temperature beach and the ground, this can prevent PU aging, to avoid the decline in waterproof performance;
3. When collecting the tent, it should be rolled slowly. The direction should be used to drive the air inside the tent. If the air rolls the tent without the exit, the air can only break through the waterproof layer, which will greatly affect the waterproof performance.
